摘要:The residual thermal stress on polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) is one of the most important factors to affect its performance. A parametric model was established using ANSYS parametric design language ( APDL) , and hot - knot coupling method was conducted to analyse the residual thermal stress on PDC. The ratio of the thick of PDC layer to carbide layer and the ratio of diameter to thick of PDC were analyzed;and the calculating formula of residual thermal stress was then proposed under different conditions. The optimal design provides a composite thread to a reasonable design of PDC.%残余热应力是影响聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)性能的最重要因素之一.应用ANSYS的APDL建立聚晶金刚石PDC的参数模型,用热-结耦合法分析PDC的残余热应力.分别考虑PDC厚度比和径厚比对PDC中残余应力的影响并做了优化分析,提出了PDC残余应力计算公式,为PDC的合理设计提出了可借鉴的思路.

摘要:It has been a focus issue for government that how to evaluate the efficiency of S&T inputs and outputs realistically and how to improve countermeasures for S&T resource allocation efficiency. After index system for the measurement of S&T resource allocation efficiency being constructed, S&T resource allocation efficiency of fifteen sub - provincial cities in China was evaluated and analyzed by DEA method. The system consists of an ETL program,and other products such as oracle,oracle stored procedures. Data of related business system and information system were uploaded to data warehouse. An oracle - based storing process was developed to realize data cleaning and data quality control. This design approach can meet business requirements, ensure system scalability, simplify the complexity of the development of ETL program and improve the maintainability of the system. The used approach has a high reference value for design and develop the application systems in financial institutions such as banks and insurance agents.
摘要:The clustering validity function was analyzed;and the clustering number c and index m were modified. The improved fuzzy clustering algorithm was introduced into BP algorithm. A hybrid model was then established based on fuzzy clustering and BP algorithm to solve the existed problems in the fuzzy clustering analysis. Experimental analysis was also conducted. The results show that the hybrid model is superior to the traditional BP algorithm method in the preparation,because the data have more similar characteristics after they have been fuzzily clustered.%针对模糊聚类算法存在的问题,通过对聚类有效性函数的分析,对聚类数c和加权指数m进行改进,将改进后的模糊聚类算法引入BP算法中,建立基于模糊聚类与BP算法的混合模型,并进行实验分析,分析结果表明,混合模型在准备性上优于传统的BP算法,因为数据经过模糊聚类之后同类数据具有更多的相似特征.

The working point of interferometer was stabilized at scotoma to achieve good linearity and high sensitivity. The system consists of a laser interferometer, a detector,a control circuit,and a displacement feedback actuator (piezoelectric ceramic). The experimental results show the resolution of the interferometer comes to the level of A/1 500 at the bandwidth of 0 ~0.5 Hz,and the level of λ/400 at the bandwidth of 0 - 50 Hz. Spectnims analysis show that the resolution of the interferometer at 0,1 Hz and 5 Hz are 7 × 10 -11 m/√Hz and1 × 10-11 m/√Hz, respectively.

An improved immune genetic algorithm was proposed to overcome these disadvantages. The characteristic of the improved immune genetic algorithm is that the diversity detection method was simplified and population diversity was controlled by threshold determination method. Then a simple example of capacitated vehicle routing problem was conducted, and an improved immune genetic algorithm and perfect results were obtained.

It is the key for highway visual simulation that how to generate and draw large - scale terrain fast and efficiently. To solve the problem,a terrain block scheme was proposed based on road alignment at the macro. The total terrain was converted to small blocks. In order to solve the multi - terrain connection problem between blocks, a more smooth transition algorithm was declared while multi - terrain blocks dynamic scheduling strategy was used to achieve an interactive real - time roaming. Experimental results show that the algorithm can resolve the generation and rendering of large - scale terrain effectively on the highway.
摘要:根据国内外三元催化转化器老化评价方法,建立了车用催化器快速老化试验装置,并对试验装置进行优化.试验数据表明,三元催化转化器经过100 h老化后CO、HC、NOx的起燃温度分别升高42℃、40℃、30℃,对催化器起燃不利,HC的转化效率显著降低,催化器老化后空燃比特性曲线的高效窗口几乎不复存在,催化器性能趋向恶化.%Based on experiences of auto catalytic converter evaluation method, automotive catalytic converter rapid aging test e-quipment was developed and optimized. Experimental data show that,after three-way catalytic converter being aged,the ignition temperature of CO, HC, Nox, respectively increased by 42℃ ,40℃ ,30℃. The ignition temperature increase performed negative effects on the catalytic converter, and HC significantly reduced the conversion efficiency of catalytic device. The efficient window of air -fuel ratio curve had almost disappeared after catalytic converter aged,and catalyst performance deteriorated.

摘要:Taking Wuhan City as an example,hospital distribution strategy of mass wounded personnel in emergencies in central cities was discussed. Distributions of traffic and hospitals were modeled and simulated,A* algorithm was adopted to emulate distribution of mass wounded personnel. The measurement in terms of Path Planning was also proposed using A * algorithm and involved hospitals were reasonably distributed. Basic conditions of construction supply chain were established and operated from aspect of transaction cost. The network of construction supply chain was further investigated under project management contracting mode. The fluctuation of transaction cost of construction supply chain was quantitatively discussed when project management contractor was in construction supply chain. 摘要:针对现有多示例集成学习侧重于包层次上的抽样限制了集成学习性能的问题,设计了一种示例层次上的重抽样方法和双层多示例学习集成框架.通过识别包中最可能为正的示例并在示例抽样中保留这个示例实现示例层次的重抽样.双层多示例学习集成框架同时实现包层次和示例层次重抽样,充分搅动样本,提高分类器的分类精度.实验研究证明,与现有的多示例集成学习相比,双层多示例集成学习能更好地提高分类器的分类精度.%The existing ensemble approaches for multi - instance learning always merely focus on inter - bag level sampling which largely limits its performance gain. In this paper,a method for sampling in bags (intra - bag sampling) and a double - layer multi - instance ensemble learning ( DMIE) framework were proposed. In intra - bag sampling, the most probable positive instance in each positive bag was identified and preserved in the sampling process. In DMIE,bootstrap replicates were adequately perturbed by realizing sampling at both inter - bag and intra - bag levels. The samples were mixed adequately to enhance the sorting accuracy of the sorter. Experimental researches confirm that DMIE can outperform its other peers for multi - instance learning.

A model of PWM step - down switching power supply was established when Buck converter was set as the goal object. Its small signal equivalent circuit and system circuit of current control based Buck type switching power supply were obtained. Though Matlab frequency analysis of a instance,a double -loop feedback compensation circuit was design. And then the reasonableness of its parameters was analyzed by simulation. The proposed Buck converter model suits for Buck converter and its derivatives full - bridge converter.
摘要:Due to the complication of the navigation situation, the positioning accuracy of the traditional navigation light is not so exact that the waterway is likely deviated or collided. A linear combined model of PR revised number was suggested according to requirements of the positioning accuracy of the navigation light. The model was based on PR differential positioning by single base station. It chose three reference stations and a mobile station while the error source was idealized. At each of the reference stations, the high accuracy DGPS module was used to measure the roughly coordinate and the model was created by the location of the reference stations. The testing results show that this scheme can improve the accuracy of the single CPS module PR differential positioning. The accuracy could be improved significantly by the increased amount of the reference stations.%针对由于航海环境的复杂性,导致传统的航标灯定位精度不高,容易偏离航道或发生碰撞的问题,根据其定位精度要求提出了一种伪距改正数的线性组合模型.该模型以单基站伪距差分定位为基础,选取3个参考站和一个移动站并将其误差源理想化,在各参考站上利用高精度GPS定位模块测量其概略坐标,通过各参考站的位置关系建立模型.测试结果表明,该方法能有效提高单GPS模块伪距差分定位的精度,且随着参考站数目的增加定位精度大幅提高.

摘要:为提高双进双排气门的使用寿命,以气门-导管间隙△D为特征变量,采用有限元法分析AD、锥面角β对气门应力特性的影响,并探讨了在异常工况下双进双排气门的许用AD.研究表明:当△D≤0.22 mm时,最大应力及第二热点应力变化较稳定,而当△D >0.22 mm时,其随AD增大而急剧增大;此外,当△D =0.22mm时,最大表面应力随β的增加而增大,而第二热点应力随β的增加呈现先减小后增大趋势,且β=45°时,气门第二热点应力最小.研究有助于异常工况下双进双排气门的失效分析和气门结构的优化设计.%In order to improve the life of the double intake - exhaust valve,the effect of the valve - valve guide gaps (△D) and cone angles (β) on the stress characteristics of the valve were analyzed and the allowable △D was also investigated under abnormal working conditions by taking △D as the characteristic variable and using finite element method. The research results show that when △D is smaller than 0.22 mm,the maximum stress and the second hot spot stress present a stable value,whereas,when △D is beyond 0. 22 mm, the stresses above sharply increase with the increase of △D. Furthermore,when △D is 0. 22 mm, the maximum stress increases while the second hot spot stress firstly decreases then increases with the increase of β,meanwhile,when β is 45°, the second hot spot stress is the smallest. The research is useful to the failure analysis of the double intake - exhaust valve in abnormal working conditions and its structural optimization design.
摘要:Aiming at many kinds of shortcomings existed in current automotive control system,a hybrid network control system based on CAN/LIN bus was designed. The MCP2551, MCP201 were used as CAN/LIN bus transceiver, respectively. MC9S12XDG128 as the gateway makes CAN/LIN network interactive communication possible. In addition,the combination switch module signals were transported via LIN bus to achieve the bus and modular of the automotive control system. Finally,taking the practical application demands of an ODM into account,low power consumption and system fault diagnosis were designed and the security of the system is high.%针对目前集中式车身控制系统的不足,设计了一种基于CAN/LIN总线混合网络的车身控制系统.将MCP2551、MCP201分别作为CAN/LIN总线的收发器,以MC9S12XDG128作为主控芯片实现网关控制功能,通过该网关实现CAN/LIN网络通信交互.另外对组合开关模块信号采用LIN总线传输,实现车身控制系统的总线化、模块化.并结合某主机厂实际应用需求,对系统进行低功耗和故障自诊断设计,构建了一套安全性较高的车身网络控制系统.
摘要:当跨国公司在东道国投资时,通常假定他们的一部分技术会转移至东道国的企业里,但经验研究还不能为这种正的溢出效应提供强有力的支持.运用投入产出表构建纵向溢出变量,使用1999-2007年间中国制造业的行业级面板数据,从实证的角度检验外资的进入所带来的技术溢出效应.结果表明,外商直接投资对我国制造业具有显著的正的横向溢出效应,但纵向溢出效应为负,且在统计上不显著.%When Multinational enterprises invest in a host country, it is assumed that a part of their technology spills to the host country firms. But the empirical studies on spillover effects of foreign direct investment ( FDI) have failed to find robust empirical results about the possibility of positive spillover effects. With the vertical spillover variable constructing by input - output table,the spillover effects were empirically examined from the entry of foreign capital using industry level panel data of China manufacturing industries in .the period of 1999 -2007. The results indicate that there are positive and statistically significant horizontal spillover effects on manufacture industries in China. In contrast,vertical spillovers effects are negative,although it is not statistically significant.

摘要:从战略层对制造型企业运营决策方案的评价进行了分析和讨论,认为战略层决策方案主要基于企业竞争力增强的目标而制定,而实现该目标主要基于不同竞争战略的组合,不同竞争战略之间存在相关关系.采用ANP方法对该问题建立了制造型企业运营决策方案评价模型,考虑到各指标值及属性值存在不确定性和模糊性,研究中采用了模糊理论与ANP方法进行有机结合.最后采用一个算例进行分析,说明该方案在不同竞争环境下能够从战略管理角度给决策者提供决策支持.%The evaluation of manufacturing enterprises' decision solutions was analyzed and discussed from strategic aspect. The strategic decision solution's making is mainly based on the goal of competency enhancement. To achieve the goal is mainly based on combination of different competitive strategies. There are some dependence among these strategies. Based on ANP,a model was designed to solve the operation decisions evaluation problem in manufacturing enterprises. Since the values of indicators and attributes are vague and uncertain,ANP method was combined with fuzzy theory. A case study shows that this model can provide decision support for the decision makers under different competitive environments.
摘要:A kind of fuzzy logic strategy was applied to regenerative braking energy recovery of hybrid electric vehicle ( HEV). Under assurance of braking safety and comfort, the strategy distributes regenerative braking torque and frictional braking torque reasonably during braking,to make use of regenerative braking characteristic of electric motor as much as possible,so that much more kinetic energy can be converted into electrical energy and stored in the battery. Model based on fuzzy logic in the Matlab/ Simulink was established and inserted to simulation software ADVISOR. Simulation results show that compared with strategy of regenerative braking in ADVISOR with strategy based on fuzzy logic,strategy based on fuzzy logic can get more regenerative energy.%提出了混合动力电动汽车再生制动能量回收的一种模糊逻辑策略,在混合动力电动车制动过程中,合理地分配再生制动力矩和摩擦制动力矩,在保证制动安全性和舒适性的前提下,尽可能多地发挥电机的再生制动特性,以便将更多的动能转化为电能储存在电池装置中.在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建模糊逻辑策略的模型,并把该模型嵌入到ADVISOR仿真环境中,仿真观察SOC(state of charge)的变化曲线,与ADVISOR中原有的再生制动能量回收策略作比较,仿真结果表明,所给出的模糊逻辑策略能更好地实现能量的回收.
摘要:通过分析现有内河航道通过能力计算方法的不足,提出了一种适应于危险品船舶运输的改进航道通过能力计算方法.在充分分析船载货物本身的危险性和航道自身发生的事故属性的基础上,给出了相应的危险品运输的航道通能过力计算方法和划分标准.实验数据分析表明,改进的危险品运输航道通过能力计算公式是合理的.%Based on analyzing the shortcomings of the existing calculation of inland waterway transit capacity,an improved calculation adapted to the transport of dangerous goods was proposed. After the full analysis of the risk of dangerous goods and channel properties of incident, the new corresponding calculation methods and criteria for the classification were proposed. Experimental results prove that the improved formula based on the inland waterway transit capacity of dangerous goods shipping is reasonable.
