Making a systematically theoretical and experimental study on leading hydraulic support of coal mine working face with full mechanization is a research focus in many countries. According to the new national standard equivalent to European standard on test item and difficulty, this paper takes ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic support as an example, conducted a computer simulation analysis on its entire displacement and stress by ANSYS software, finds out relevant distribution rule and verifies the accuracy of computer simulation test through hydraulic support model test. The results show that computer simulation results are consistent with actual model test results and the stress reduces gradually from top beam to base. The method cpmbining computer simulation test with hydraulic support model test saves support test cost, shortens exploitation period, lightens support weight, reduces production cost, guarantees high reliability and enhances the level of entire optimum design, calculation and test. It has good practicality for manufacturers.
