摘要

The paper puts forward a new model to measure competitive force of shipbuilding company. Firstly, the paper analyses the basic condition of shipbuilding development in China. Then according to the characteristics of shipbuilding industry, its competitive force depends on ten indexes: natural geographical resources, productive capacity, research and innovation capacity, product technology level, capital capacity, ship variety, comprehensive managerial levels, human resources, market share. "Zero to four" rating rule is applied to get important coefficients of every index. Thirdly, the paper designs a new evaluating model of shipbuilding industry competitive force to access the shipbuilding industry of Jiangsu, CSSC&CSIC, Japan, Korea and European Union. The paper finds that Japan and Korea companies have very powerful competitive force; European Union companies have the comparative powerful competitive force; the third are Jiangsu's shipbuilding companies and CSSC&CSIC with the comparative weak competitive force. Finally, it sets an example of Jiangsu's shipbuilding industry to analyze and raise some tactics to promote the competitive force of Jiangsu's. The model is useful to compare competitive force of shipbuilding companies; it can give us quantitive information of competitive force.
