We have characterized the dynamics of a rough interface analytically and numerically. From a time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equation with quenched disorder in the mobility we have obtained a macroscopic model with disorder. The corresponding in-terfacial equation in Fourier space has given rise to a new universality class with a crossover from short to long times that are corroborated by our numerical results.
