摘要

In recent years, public crisis arises frequently owing to the rapid world's economy growth, and the authorities are shouldering more and more responsibility for crisis management. They have to reinforce management on public crisis. Information Management, thus, plays a crucial role in public crisis management. This article gives an overview on information management by authorities in Western China, aiming at moving closer to the countermeasures through our analysis qf some elements and characteristics of public crisis management.
