摘要

Using physical modeling the behavior of a liquid column under crystal at slow pulling from the melt was investigated. The mathematical model is created for crystal with a flat crystallization front. The results obtained were applied to analysis of weight changes of a melt column when pulling the β-BaB_2O_4 crystals.
