The epitaxial iron garnet (Bi,Lu)_3Fe_5O_(12) and (Bi,Lu)_3(Fe,Ga)_5O_(12) films grown by liquid phase epitaxy method on Gd_3Ga_5O_(12) substrates with (111) orientation from the flux melt based on PbO - B_2O_3 are investigated by ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) technique. The FMR spectra have some peaks, which can be connected with the film layers as well as with the spin wave modes. It is shown that during the film growth the solid-state diffusion process takes place.
