摘要

In present work the model heat-mass transfer processes during the growth of low-dimensional layers from liquid phase by the method of pulse cooling of saturated solution-melt with consideration of heat transmission through the hydrogen layer is worked out. Comparison of obtained epitaxial layers width with theoretical calculations is shown. Features of epitaxial layer growth are considered.
