DSpace is a general-purpose repository system. It is an open extensible system. The China-US MillionrnBook Digital Library Project (Million Book Project, MBP) is a cooperated project of universities in China andrnUSA, with funding from Ministry of Education of China and National Science Foundation of USA (NSF). Herernare some experiences we attempt to use DSpace for MBP and are valuable for us to build institutional repositoriesrnof Zhejiang University in the future.
