The Yi Nationality is the nationality which planted Tartary buckwheat earliest and Liangshan is the place where Tartary buckwheat was planted earliest. Tartary buckwheat is the crop which had long-standing plantation history in Liangshan. The cooking culture of Tartary buckwheat was also introduced in this paper.
