This paper introduces a new concept and understanding of determination of the stresses and strains in the cracked reinforced, un-reinforced and pre-stressed concrete elements. It can be applied for each of tension cracks, compression, shear cracks and mixed cracks of concrete structures. This method depends on the last updating of the fracture mechanics theories. The results of the analytical study are compared to the experimental work results of other researchers.
