摘要

The model of energy and mass balances and the heat and mass transfer model of the coil are obtained. Based on the models and the analysis, twisted tubes and media to enhance the heat transfer are brought forward in the evaporative condenser. A good agreement between the proposed and experimental results is achieved. The experiments indicate the twisted tube can improve the water distribution on the surface of the tubes and increase the heat transfer efficiency, the cooling down is higher than rounded tubes and elliptical tubes. Three equations describing the performance of media are obtained.
