摘要

This paper constructs a risk element network(REN) transmission model of generic project. Firstly, input the risk samples probability distribution of the lowest level risk elements in the risk element network; Secondly, use the risk element transmission probability distribution matrixes to express the probability distribution relationship layer by layer, finally, the predict probability distribution values of last risk elements can be acquired from the parallel computing. And the model can back-propagation adjusts the probability distributions matrixes automatically as the BP artificial neural network, whose purpose is to make the predict output exactly. REN can solve the quantitative analysis calculation between the risk elements, and has parallel and high accurate characteristics. As the instance proved, the model is applied in generic project risk element network transmission theory.
