It is significant for industry to research the heat conduction function of particulate compound materials. The heat resistance on the interface of two-phase materials could not be neglected when considering the heat conduction characteristics of compound materials, so it is very difficult to calculate the thermal conductivity of compound materials. So far, some research has been done only on the heat conduction issue of compound materials with layer structure. This paper discusses the heat conduction function of two-phase compound material, simplifies it into foreign matter with simple cubic structure in the medium, gives the equations of temperature field of the compound material with this structure, therefore calculates the thermal conductivity of the material and gives the theoretical curve, it is basically identical with the experimental result.
