摘要

High frequency technology has become a trend of the development in the field of electricity and electron. The high silicon steel sheet Fe-65mg·g~(-1) is an ideal material to realize high frequency. It is stated in this paper that the present situation of Fe-65mg·g~(-1) high silicon steel sheet research at home and abroad. The development of such material with a method of electro deposition-diffusion is also presented. The electro deposition method has merits of low temperature deposition, no hard corrosion, no pollution and low costs, at the same time; such method is easy to be operated. It overcomes many defects that exist in the CVD method. To a 0.5mm-thick silicon steel sheet which is prepared by such method, its magnetic properties are as below: P_(1.5/50)=1.86w/kg, P_(0.2/1000)=103.2w/kg, B_(5000)=1.64T. The magnetic properties are as good as the products of NKK Company of Japan that are prepared with CVD method.
