摘要

In this paper the importance of agglomeration to regional development is discussed from the view of development theories. Then the restrictive factors are analyzed. Furthermore the paper makes an empirical study on the relation between industry clusters and Dalian economy development. On the basis of this analysis. the paper puts forth some suggestion on how to accelerate the agglomeration, in order to develop regional economy development.
