摘要

The application of electrically conductive concrete in deicing or snow-melting systems has been a research subject of roadway transportation engineering in recent years. As the electrical resistance (resistivity) of the electrically conductive concrete with steel fibers and shavings is unstable, this paper uses carbon fiber (CF) as conductive materials to make electrically conductive concrete. The principles for choosing coarse aggregates are presented. Based on the research of the small samples, a large slab is successfully produced and the properties are studied. A series of field tests verify the validity of the design and the feasibility of this kind of deicing or snow-melting method.
