This paper introduces te main modus of engineering management in Yellow River, such as mechanism reformation of water management units, improving management mechanism, establishing examination system of engineering management, developing model projects centered with ecosystem construction. It also points out main problems in Yellow River engineering management and measures to propel modernization of engineering management.
