摘要

Before 1980' s, lots of silts had been transported to the estuary of the Yellow River, which made the caudal river section to be in the state of frequent natural silt deposition, extending, vibrating, and changing the river course for a long term. With economic development, urgent water withdrawing among the rivers, successively building reservoirs in the branches, water and soil protection in the middle reaches, water and silt conditions have been greatly changed. Besides, since 1988, some river harnessing measures like condredging the estuary, digging rivers and reinforcing dykes as well as three times of water and sediments regulation experiments have been conducted to prolong the usage term of Qingshuigou course, which enables the estuary stream to change a lot in evolution characteristics.
