This paper aims at the sever state of the problem of accumulation of mud and sand of the Yellow River, draws lessons from ancient experience of harnessing accumulation of mud and sand, then brings forward new methods to solve the problem of accumulation of mud and sand: to use "floating dock dam" binding and lifting water, concentrating the flow of water to flush the sand, solve the problem and turn the overground Yellow River into an underground one.

机译：本文针对黄河泥沙淤积问题的严重状况，借鉴古代利用泥沙淤积的经验教训，提出了解决泥沙淤积问题的新方法：用“浮船坞大坝”绑扎和提水，集中水流冲沙，解决问题，将地上的黄河变成地下河。
