The concept for the introduction of an ESD control system, which was introduced at the last APEX 2004 in Anaheim, will be expanded through the most important topic at the moment: static control requirements to machines and production plants. The biggest failures we have in the next time in machines. The requirements of the Technology Roadmap are very high.
