摘要

The modern project management theories are originated from the west advanced countries, such as American and England et al.. While in ancient China, a number of great projects have already applied simple project management ideas in the process of construction, characterized by Du Jiangyan and Forbidden City etc. The ancient Chinese conception that syncretism of heaven and humankind specify the relations between humankind and all the surrounding things, is the earliest reflection of systematic view. The idea that" cooperation is the most precious" is the principle of action, is conform to the win/ win principle of the game theory .It could efficiently solve the benefits distribution of the participants in the game theory. This paper systematical analyzes the essence of the Chinese traditional culture in order to the use for reference, and proposes some new viewpoints on project management application and project manager selection, with the expect to provide some efficient methods for Chinese construction enterprise implementing the project management, and to do some contribution to the modern project management in theory level.
