摘要

With-the development of project management both in theory and practice, the project management tends to be transformed from extensive to intensive. Hence, it is of great significance theoretically and practically to implement integrated control on the project based on the modern project management theory and information technology. Based on the active coding system of BOQ and the analyses of typical project coding system from home and abroad, this paper firstly presents a project information classifying and coding system for the project cost integration control system (CICS); secondly, in the wake of expounding the connotation of CICS, its function model, integration model and system framework are presented; thirdly, it comes to the designation of its main business process; fourthly, based on the cost control process of the project and the application of CICS, the modern cost control process of the project is reengineered; fifthly, aiming at utilizing CICS to support the project decision, the implementation of some assistant functions of CICS such as cash flow forecasting, earned value analysis and project cost forecasting are analyzed systematically. In addition, combined the development and application of CICS, the model, the developing methods and tools of CICS, as well as its implementation, are introduced.
