摘要

The theory "Earned Value Manageme",as an important method of the integrated project management, is mainly used for the integrated management of the project schedule and the cost. The fundamental objectives of project management are about the schedule, the cost and the quality, among which the "Quality Variance"is an index linked with the cost and the schedule. Based on the theory of Earned Value, the "Quality Earned Value" index is introduced to realize an effective, co-operative supervision and control over the schedule, the cost and the quality of the project. In the practice of the construction project management, the integrated management and supervision over the project has been proved successfully with the aid of the Computer Information Management System and of the theory of Earned Value.
