Recently, the study of intelligence emerged from the behavior of many simple agents, such as collective intelligence, group intelligence, and Swarm-made architecture, become popular. A network structure made by the agents plays an important role in these research areas. On the other hand, recent studies have revealed that various networks made by human beings, the most intelligent subsistence, have a scale-free structure. This has suggested that some kind of network structures, such as scale-free network and small-world network, are desirable to the emergence of behavior or intelligence.
