摘要:Objective:Through treating rat gastric ulcer animal model, to investigate the function of Zhuangxixiaohuiji in the treatment of gastric ulcer and its mechanism. Methods:60 Wistar rats weighing 180-220g, half male and half female, were randomly divided into control group, model group, Zhuangxixiaohuiji low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group, positive group totally six groups, 10 rats in each group. The next day after molding, the blank group and the model group were treated with normal saline according to the proportion of 2ml/100g. Zhuangxixiaohuiji low-dose group, mid-dle-dose group and high-dose group were given Zhuangxixiaohuiji suspensions according to the proportion of 0.25g/kg, 0.5g/kg and 1g/kg respectively. The positive group was treated with Bismuth potassium citrate mixed suspension according to the proportion of 0.4g/kg, twice daily(morning and afternoon each time), consecutively treated for 15 days. The changes of rat gastric juice volume, gastric acid amount, pepsin and so on were observed. Results:The juice volume, total acidity of gastric juice and pepsin activity of the treatment group compared with the model group,①the gastric juice secretion volume in the control group, Zhuangxixiaohuiji low-dose group and middle-dose group were significantly reduced(P<0.01);in the Zhuangxixiaohuiji high-dose group was also reduced(P<0.05).②The total acidity of gastric juice in the blank group was significantly reduced(P<0.01), in the Zhuangxixiaohuiji low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group were all reduced(P<0.05).③Compared with Zhuangxixiaohuiji high-dose group, the gastric secretion volume in the control group and the Zhuangxixiaohuiji middle-dose group were reduced(P<0.05). The pepsin activity in the Zhuangxixiaohuiji middle-dose group and the positive group were reduced(P<0.05).④Compared with the positive group, the gastric secretion volume in the control group and the Zhuangxixiaohuiji low-dose group were significantly reduced (P<0.01), in the Zhuangxixiaohuiji middle-dose group were also reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Zhuangxixiaohuiji has significant effects on inhibiting gastric secretion, reducing gastric acid and pepsin activity.%目的:通过大鼠胃溃疡动物模型的治疗,观察蒙成药壮西小灰剂治疗胃溃疡的作用及机制.方法:取Wistar大鼠60只,体重180~220g,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为空白组、模型组、壮西小灰剂小剂量组、壮西小灰剂中剂量组、壮西小灰剂大剂量组、阳性组等六个组,每组10只大鼠.制模次日起空白组和模型组均按2ml/100g比例给生理盐水,治疗组壮西小灰剂小、中、大剂量组分别按0.25g/kg、0.5g/kg、1g/kg比例给壮西小灰剂混悬液,阳性组按0.4g/kg比例给枸橼酸铋钾混悬液,每日两次(上下午各一次),连续给药15天.观察实验大鼠的胃液量、胃酸总量、胃蛋白酶等的变化.结果:给药组胃液量、胃液总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性较模型组比较,(1)空白组、壮西小灰剂小、中剂量组能显著减少胃液分泌量(P<0.01);壮西小灰剂大剂量组也能减少胃液分泌量(P<0.05);(2)空白组的胃液总酸度明显减低(P<0.01),壮西小灰剂小、中、大剂量组的胃液总酸度也减低(P<0.05);(3)与壮西小灰剂大剂量组比较,空白组和壮西小灰剂中剂量组能减少胃液分泌量(P<0.05).壮西小灰剂中剂量组和阳性组能降低胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);(4)与阳性组比较,空白组和壮西小灰剂小剂量组能显著减少胃液分泌量(P<0.01),壮西小灰剂中剂量组也能减少胃液分泌量(P<0.05).结论:蒙成药壮西小灰剂具有明显抑制胃液分泌,减少胃酸及胃蛋白酶的作用.
