摘要

A sort of analgesic substance is extracted from the mycelia of Paecilornyces gunnii Liang, an ana-morph of Cordyceps. Some physical and chemical characters of this substance are elucidated. The analgesic substance from the mycelia of Paecilornyces gunnii Liang &. Liu is water soluble. The best extractive method from the mycelia is soaking-heating extraction. The analgesic substance can be solved in 90% alcohol, but can't be solved in ether or methanol. The molecular weight of the analgestic substance from Paecilornyces gunnii Liang & Liu is 12 000～14 000 Da. Infrared spectrum of the analgesic substance shows that it doesn't contain the structure of Do-lantin's group. The analgesic substance is stable in pH < 10 and it is also stable under 100℃ for one hour. In the dosage range of 0.03 g/g (raw herb/mice), the inhibition rate of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid is positively correlated to the dosage injected into mice. The analgesic substance of Paecilornyces gunnii Liang & Liu exists not only endocellular but also extracellular.
