The liquid spawn of Cordyceps militaris was used in the cultivation by four different methods. The result showed that Cordyceps militaris grow better at the lower temperature of 21℃ to 22℃ than at 27℃. The infectious ways of Cordyceps militaris to silkworm chrysalis were observed by the utilization of eight different ways of treatment. It was guessed that the high temperature would destroy the pupa skin chitin and the mycelia infect its skin easily.
