摘要

The possibility of transforming the meeting with a cultural landscape cum spiritual mindscape in a personal patrimony which would consolidate not only the acquisition of cultural information, but also the spiritual, experiential dimension of existence, is realised through the insights of comparative, associative knowledge, and by grasping the spirit of the cultural landscape itself. For this reason, the monastic complex 'Saint Spiridon' (Spiridonia) of Iassy is not only an opportunity of spiritual elevation, among many others, but a model of spirituality which has been functional for two hundred years, and a true repository of Romanian religious tradition.
