摘要

To describe the expression established process of thick-oil film load-bearing ability applied the axial finite length Reynolds equation,and force balance equation containing eccentricity and radius gap.On the base of analyzing various errors,the displacement balance equation containing both equivalent error and oil-film deformation is deduced in the paper.Use the mentioned above base,gets the expressions of eccentricity and radius gap.Provides the correcting width-diameter ratio and selecting reasonable dynamic viscosity of lubricant and establishing the mathematical model of mini thick-oil film discriminate using concept of surface irregularity.Last,established the parameterization design program of thick-oil film.The design and calculation on thick-oil film uniform load can useing the parameterization design of NGW planetary reduction gear.While module has been known,the result meets engineering practical requirements,the feasibility of the method has been testified.
