Transient Liquid Phase Bonding (TLP) properties of a CMSX-4 single crystal superalloyrnfor industrial gas turbine were studied by a stress rupture test and SEM analysis. MBF-80 wasrnused as filler. Boding pr℃esses were conducted at 1200℃ during 3 ~ 6hr, and then HIP pr℃essrnand heat treatment were performed. The results showed that the sample bonded at 1200℃ duringrn3hr and three stage heat treated had a better quality
