Based on the theory of elasticity, stress state of a spherical vault with water structure formed through underground explosion is analyzed, and the mathematical analysis formulas of radial stress, ring tensile stress and radial strain calculation are also educed. The effects of depth of underground water storage, the thickness of inner and outer lining, and material properties on bearing capacity are discussed.
