摘要

The structural response of nanoscale mechanosynthesized zinc ferrite to changes in temperature has been studied int his work using in situ X-ray powder diffraction at several elevated temperatures. Kinetics of the transition of mechanosynthesized zinc ferrite from the inverse to the normal spinel structure are approximated by the first order kinetics model. The range of the thermal stability of the mechanically induced defects int he structure of mechanosynthesized spinel is determined and the activation energy of the re-equilibration is calculated.
