摘要:Several fungal strain producing lipase were screened from soil of different environment in Hefei. The optimized medium consists of ( % ): soybean flour 4.0, corn-steep liquor 1.0, olive oil 1.0, wheat meal 1.0, (NH4)2S04 1.0, K2HP040.2, pH natural. These lipase have an optimum temperature of 24~ 26℃, 72h, They are stable in the pH rang of 9.4~9.5.%从合肥市不同环境的土壤中分离筛选到几株产碱性脂肪酶的霉菌菌株。这些菌株产酶培养基组成(%)是:黄豆粉4.0,玉米浆1.0,橄榄油1.0,小麦粉1.0,(NH4)2SO41.0, K2HPO4 0.2,pH自然。产酶的最适温度24~26℃,pH稳定范围为9.4~9.5,培养周期为72h.
