BaMnZnCo-W型铁氧体微波吸收特性研究

     

摘要

用化学共沉淀法制备BaMnZnCo-W型六角晶系铁氧体电波吸收材料。在8~12GHz频段A~f曲线有一或两个损耗吸收峰,随Co2+含量增加,峰值增强,最高达40dB,初步分析损耗吸收峰产生机制。由不同涂层厚度样品的A~f曲线,得出材料匹配厚度,加入碳纤维使匹配厚度降低。%In this paper, BaMnZnCo-W type ferrite microwave absorption materials have been prepared. In the range of 8~12GHz, the curves of A~f have one or two loss absorption peaks. With increasing the contents of Co2+, the peak value increases to 40dB. The mechanism of loss absorption peaks has been preliminarily discussed. By the A~f curves of different thickness samples, match thickness has been determined. The match thickness reduces with the adding of carbon fiber.
