摘要

In this paper, by using Hammerstein model, a linear predictive controlalgorithm based on discrete-time difference model is extended to nonlinear Hammerstein systems, and it is called nonlinear system predictive control algorithm (NL-PC). NL-PC is applied to a laboratory neutralization process and a pre-heating process with strong nonlinearity and large time delays, it gives better control performance than the commonly used industrial nonlinear PID(NL-PID) controller.
