摘要

The worldwide development of the clean steel is briefly ereviewed, the levels of the contents of total oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen is steel are summarized, In the present paper, the processing and theoretical studies on the removal of the impurity elements and the inclusions form the ULCA Steel (ultra low carbon Al-killed steel) are carried out. The following items are focused on: direct 1 the cleanliness investigation of steel; direct 2 the decarburization model of RH degassing process; direct 3 the total oxygen predicting model for the RH degassing process and continuous casting tundish; direct 4 mathematical simulation of the fluid flow during steel refining and continuos casting; direct 5 the theoretical study of the inclusion removal from the liquid steel; direct 6 The water model experiment about the inclusion removal by bubbl flotation from liquid steel; direct 7 The further studies in the future.
