This paper describes the results of a research work of a scientist of Tajik Technical University of Tajikistan. On elaboration of the technology of modifing of portland-cement with mineral additions taken from wastes of flotation washing (WFW) for raising its strength, simultaneously, decreasing clinker consumption in the mixed cements. The results of work find out that in optimal quantity (10 – 20 %) the WFW raises the strength and indicator of technico-constructional Property of the portland-cement. The growing problem of keeping and utilizing the production wastes has a great negative influence on the ecological situation. With the aim of improving the ecological situation we suggest the using of production wastes of fluorite for solving ecological, so and technical problems - lowering the clinker consumption of the mixed cements. The results of our researches shows, that with using WFW in the structure of mixed Portland cement decrease the clinker minerals C3A and C4AF, that positively influence on the strength of concrete in the aggressive midst. It’s shown, that WFW are the effective mineral additions for lowering the clinker capacity of concrete and getting the high quality and corrosion steadfast of concrete from the usual cements.
