摘要

The necessary ventilation of animal houses leads to emissions and air-born pollution in thesurroundings of these buildings. The emission of ammonia can cause direct damages to plants in theimmediate surroundings of the livestock buildings. Therefore the emissions should be minimized. Todetermine the ammonia concentration in the surrounding and to develop new farming and ventilationsystems with low emission streams of ammonia knowledge about ammonia emission streams fromlivestock buildings are necessary. With this aim different laying hen house ware investigated. Fromthe results ammonia emission rates are documented.
