According to the characteristics of special steel enterprise and the existent problems, an ERP system basedon SCM is designed in this paper, combining with BRP thought of “Firstly rationalized, secondly automatized”,adopting advanced group management pattern, taking a special steel enterprise as the background. Informationisolated islands among different business processes is jointed together, making enterprise business activitiesintegrated together with exterior resources of the enterprise. Knowledge is integrated and shared in the group, andgroup business management is optimized comparatively.
