摘要

This paper is to investigate the role of IS-User relationship building in improving IS performance.IS-user relationship building efforts are captured through measuring both the social andintellectual capital building and the efforts to increase user acceptance and satisfaction. The coevolutionof social and intellectual capital in the IS-user relationship constitutes the workingenvironment for making efforts to increase user acceptance and satisfaction, which in turnimpacts IS performance. Survey data are collected and instruments are developed. A structuralequation model is then tested to verify the proposed relationships.
