摘要

With development of the information technology, it has been enterprise's survival project. On basis of analyzing present situation about the application of ERP system in china, the article gived two questions. The first, there are many questions in enterprise aspect. For example, the whole low management level, the old thought and method, and the scarce multi-skill talented person who not only are familiar with project technology but also understand the computer and the management, and so on. The second, in software aspect: ERP software of the overseas is not fit to the localized degree and the Chinese condition, but is expensive.In view of existing situation, it proposed a new method which apply industrial engineering technologies to develop and implement ERP system, for solving the question existed on enterprise informational construction. It gives an effective way to accelerate enterprise information construction, avoiding implementing the enterprise information blindly.
