摘要

In this paper, a Markov chain method based on entropy-right was put forward which aimed at the multilayer uncertain nature of marketing environmental risk such as fuzzy feature, random cities and so on. Firstly fuzzy estimate was carried out to multi-index for marketing environment in the present period of time; secondly the Markov chain method based on entropy-right was applied to forecast risk state for marketing environment in the future period of time from the estimate value sequence; Finally, a case was given and proved the validity of this method.
