We have developed a novel vaccine delivery system incorporating lipidic adjuvant, carrier, and peptide epitopes into a single molecular entity. Vaccine synthesis was performed either stepwise or using native chemical ligation. Subcutaneous or nasal immunization of mice elicited high serum antibody titers against each of the incorporated peptide epitopes.
