The rapid escalation of construction and equipment cost for all types of mills (conventional hot strip mills,CSP mills,plate mills,and others)demand innovative ideas to reduce capital cost and allow operating companies to obtain a shorter payback period.Since the 1930' s,when the first MORGOIL(R)bearings were introduced,Morgan Construction Company has applied numerous technological innovations to the modern oil film bearing used in the metals industries.Morgan innovation has peaked with the development of the highest capacity bearing in the market,called the MORGOIL(R)KLX(R)bearing.The KLX bearing allows an overall reduction in size and cost of any new mill.Operating companies are rapidly embracing this new technology because it allows them to lower their mills' capital and depreciation costs,while continuing to improve product quality.
