摘要

The harmonious development between urban and rural areas is the essential demand of practicing the scientific view of development and the widening income gap between urban and rural areas mainly affects the realization of the harmonious development. This paper uses the double logarithm model to macro-statistical analyze the correlation with the level of urbanization and the income gap between urban and rural areas. the result by stages is that as the advance of the urbanization, the status that the urban and rural areas's income gap is widening has been ameliorated and this conclusion also gives a new cognition about how to realize the harmonious society.
