Authors of papers to proceedings have to type these in a form suitable for direct photographic reproduction by the publisher. In order to ensure uniform style throughout the volume, all the papers have to be prepared strictly according to the instructions set below. A laser printer should be used to print the text. The publisher will reduce the camera-ready copy to 75% and print it in black only. For the convenience of the authors template files for MS Word 6.0 (and higher) are provided. After the excavation of the water inlet high rock slope, it will occur the block stability problem that controlled by controlled structures. According to the spatial location and occurrence of every structure, they can consist of the different size and scale movable block. The results show that: ① The occurrence of f3 fault is sensitive to the stability of the block. While the strike is from the N85"W to EW to NEE, the block occurs to doubling slide, the stability of the block is better. While the strike is from the N85°W to NW, the block occurs to single slide, the stability of the block is worse.② The stability of the block is effected by every condition. It is obvious effected by the earthquake, and then by the water. ③ The occurrence of f3 fault is important to the stability of the block. In the variable occurrence scope of the f3 fault, the kind of the block's slide is either doubling slide or single slide. Under the doubling slide condition, its stability coefficient is higher. Either doubling slide or single slide, f3 fault is main surface of slide.
