Adenovectors were encapsulated into anionicliposomes by calcium-induced phase changesmethod to enhance their transduction efficiency incoxsackie-adenovirus receptor deficient cells and toprotect them from neutralizing antibodies. Thisdelivery strategy is useful for applications usingadenovectors, in which the target cells lackadenoviral receptors or in which the recipient has aneutralizing antibody response.
