摘要

In recent years, with the deepening of product's homogeneity, service competition is becoming focus of competition between enterprises. And innovation resource is essence of improving service competition. In this paper, the related literature is reviewed and analyzed from the perspective of service-oriented enterprise competition, on the basis of this, the theoretical relation between innovation resource and innovation performance is built. Meanwhile using quality research method and questionnaire method analyze and test the relation. The empirical results indicate that the two innovation resources have closely related to innovation performance. And the result provides quantitative decision-making basis for service-oriented enterprise.
机译：近年来，随着产品同质化的加深，服务竞争成为企业间竞争的焦点。创新资源是提高服务竞争力的关键。本文从服务型企业竞争的角度对相关文献进行了回顾和分析，在此基础上，建立了创新资源与创新绩效之间的理论联系。同时采用质量研究法和问卷调查法对两者进行了关系检验。实证结果表明，两种创新资源与创新绩效密切相关。研究结果为服务型企业的定量决策提供了依据。
