With the development of the Internet, E-commerce has become a new kind of business operation mode. Currently, it has a significant impact not only on China's current tax system, but also on our current tax collection and management system. This paper conducts a brief analysis and discussion on the trading patterns and current status of aspects of tax collection and management in China.
